I ♥️ Choco

I haven’t posted for a while because I was spending more quality time with Choco.

He behaved well when he was puppy so I thought I don’t need to pay much attention to him.

Well, I was wrong.

He started misbehaving and I didn’t know why.

He even started crying as if he is under pain which made me worried.

I took him to the hospital but doctor could not identify the cause.

I booked for his full health check up including X-ray.

As a part of process to identify his pain/problem, I updated doctors (I visited twice. You can imagine how terrified and worried I was!) on his current status and my worries.

Doctors cleared my worries and I think back about US.

Choco was lonely; he needed my attention.

Now I take him for a walk before and after work.

I feed him from my hand as how I used to do when he was puppy.

I thought he doesn’t like to walk because he always asks me to carry him.

However, I was wrong; he loves to walk and run without harness and he tries his best to FOLLOW me!

Now I enjoy every moment with him.

Look at him!

Today, he behaves like a Boy Scout when he wants to eat beef!

I ❤️ Choco!

Choco’s Birthday Cake

It’s Choco’s 1st Birthday tomorrow.

Since it’s his 1st Birthday, I want to give him a cake.

I ordered roast beef with sweet potato cake for him at Teppanyaki Yasaiya, Roppongi.

There are many dogs at the restaurant.

According to a restaurant staff, there was a dog event at Yoyogi.

I brought bag his cake.

Happy Birthday Choco!!!

I love you and I’m happy to be with you!

令和 (Reiwa)

Crown Prince’s ascension to Emperor is scheduled on 1 May 2019; accordingly, we will start using new Japanese Imperial era.

The new Japanese Imperial era was decided and announced by Japanese government today, on first day of Japanese new fiscal year, to avoid any troubles for computerized data.

Our new 248th Japanese Imperial era is 令和 (Reiwa).

This word was originated from the Japanese oldest poem, Manyoshu.

令 (Rei) means fresh start and 和 (wa) means peace.

My friend from Malaysia texted to inform me its meaning: achieving peace – smart translation.

We supposed to feel fresh to start the first day of fiscal year like today’s weather.

However, Choco is tired and he needs to take medicines. OMG

Pity him, our guests disturbed him greatly.

Get well soon, Choco.

Unpredicted Sunday

I woke up early to make breakfast for five.

After breakfast, originally, I supposed to wait for a guest who planned to meet her relative at home while Mom sending two guests to Tokyo Station.

However, the guest changed her mind and followed Mom to Tokyo Station to send friends off and continued to walk in Ginza.

Suddenly, I became free.

I quickly made a reservation for spa.

I need spa after serving guests for days.

I managed to take a quality nap to energize myself.

I happily returned home after spa feeling fresh and excited to go for a nice dinner (that what Mom’s friend promised).

However, they had a big lunch at Ginza and already decided to eat lightly at home.

I was disappointed because I had left over from last night instead of fine dining dinner.

Oh well, I went for a walk with Choco after my dinner.

Night Sakura viewing cheered me up.

It’s beautiful.

Sunny Day Sunday

Our guest loves breads so I started my day at my favorite brunch place: Le Pain Quotidien, Tokyo Midtown Roppongi.

After guest happily left for home, Choco and I had a walk at the park in the afternoon.

There are many people and dogs at the park enjoying a picnic/ohanami (Sakura Viewing), walking, taking photos of Sakura.

We enjoyed sunny Sunday and Japanese garden.

We continued to get lazy at home. hahaha

Vernal Equinox Dayi

Usually, my office doesn’t follow Japanese holiday, but we closed today. Yeah.

I appreciate this break because I am tired.

I went to my hair salon to get a hair dryer and iron: REPRONIZER 4D PLUS.

I tried this at Salon before and my hair felt so smooth after using it, especially straight iron.

I have wavy hair that is not in fashion but gives impression of damage hair.

However, after using this hair iron which won’t damage my hair because of its technology and special material — ceramic, my hair is so straight (no sign of wavy) and smooth!

It surely drew my attention.

I was told the more I use the more my hair get straighter and healthier.

I decide to get one.

Simultaneously, I was looking for a nice hair dryer.

It might give me multiple effect. hahaha

I waited to buy these for five days till today for 5 times Point Day at Roppongi Hills.

I save points to get a voucher for my beauty salon. hahaha

Today, we received a guest who is 91 years old, fit and wise.

In fact, I enjoy talking to her.

She brought us various kind of sweets for our afternoon tea.

Guess who also enjoys her company.

She will stay with us till Sunday.

What shall we do tomorrow?
