The birthday girl is feeling sick today so I cooked Nabe (Japanese clay pot) for dinner.
It’s not fashionable to celebrate the birthday party but for her sake.
A cake is from Qu’il Fait Bon, Ginza, a very nice cake.

First Volt Box @ Megalos Hibiya
I had to release my tension which was built up in a week from work.

Halloween Arrangement.
I used a purple electric candle.
It will lit and blow it off.
Wine Tasting for Bourgogne White Wine
I participated in Wine Tasting for Bourgogne White Wine at Enoteca Marunouchi Lounge.
I tried five types of white wine from Bourgogne.
These are:

My First Rugby Game and Baseball Tournament Among Six Universities
I went to watch the professional rugby game at Chichibu no Miya Rugby Jo (Prince Chichibu Rugby Stadium), Aoyama, Tokyo.
The match was Suntory Sungoliath vs Hino Red Dolphins.
I was seating at Suntory side; therefore, I bought a cup of beer to support the team.
It was fun to watch because the team that I was cheering, Suntory Sungoliath, won by 50 points.
That wasn’t it.
I could enjoy another game.
The Jingu Dai 2 Kyujo (the Jingu No. 2 Baseball Stadium is next to the rugby stadium.
The baseball game between Tokyo University and Hose University was about to finish (8th inning); as such, we could enter the stadium for free or without a ticket.
This is also my first time to watch Baseball Tournament among Six Universities.
Todai (Tokyo University) lost the game but it was fun to cheer the team.
I’m glad that my friend asked me to join.
After enjoying two games, I returned home to cook for my parents for dinner.

Mom’s friends planed to organized her birthday at our place; therefore, Mom asked me to arrange a table arrangement.
She requested diamond with white colored flower.
I’m glad she likes it.
Choco went to Kindergarten
Choco went to kindergarten.
He was trained by a trainer and he played with many classmates!
He looks so happy!
Health and Beauty
I went to Megalos Hibiya Studio to participate in Volt Drum (Exercise in Dark using Drum Sticks).
We use two drum sticks that light in dark when we hit them.
It was fun but I look forward for Volt Box (boxercise In Dark) next week.
Hopefully, I don’t need to cancel it.
After the lesson, I went to Chinese Restaurant Keiraku @ Hibiya/Yurakucho for dinner with my friend.
Oops, beer tasted VERY NICE!
I came back home and greeted by Choco.
I dressed him in Halloween Costume.
He looks nice but he will try to take it off. ahhhhh
For beauty…I’ve been using Gerovital which I bought them when I visited Romania last May.
I’m about to run out so I ordered via Amazon.
Apparently, these arrived from Romania.
I received some samples, too.
Of course, the price is more expensive than what these are sold in Romania.
However, I have sensitive skin and so far these never gave me any troubles.
Volt Ride
I didn’t have enough exercise lately so I reserved Volt Ride, Exercise on Bike in Dark, today at Megalos Ebisu Studio.
It was 30 minutes session so it was good for warming up.
Treats
We couldn’t get food at proper time.
We had to skip lunch and dinner due to event.
But when we manage to have our lunch or dinner regardless the time, we treated ourselves.

Shark fin is rich in collagen.
I could come back home early so celebrated the completion of event with my colleague.
I had to have two glasses of drafted Asahi Super Dry Beer.
I’m glad that the event ended successfully.
