Originally, the deadline for applying Tokyo Olympics 2020 official tickets was at 23:59 hrs of 28 May 2019.
I applied some on 27 May 2019 and the traffic to the official website was smooth, VERY smooth.
The following day, on the deadline day, I applied more tickets using Dad’s name at late evening of 28 May 2019.
Wow, the waiting time appeared on the screen and it says more than an hour and I’m to be connected after 298,405 people.
The screen hasn’t changed for few hours.
Nonetheless, I managed to applied and received the confirmation for my submission before 11:59 of 28 May 2019, but I was close.
According to the screen and TV news, Olympics Committee has decided to extend the closing of application for the tickets to the following day before 11:59 am due to the heavy traffic to the official website.
Now I’m waiting for the result on 20 June 2019.
I’m hoping to get at least one ticket to experience feeling being at the memorable Tokyo Olympics 2020.
