Miscalculation

Ahhhhhh

I miscalculated.

I’ve been exercising so I thought I can eat bit more; I’ve been eating out to escape from the office to get fresh.

However, I didn’t understand calories and I’ve been miscalculating.

Now I’m thinking over my diet because I’ve gained weight, though I exercise.

I finally cooked and checked calories for what I ate today…it’s over calories…

I brought lunch so I thought I saved calories to eat cookies (it was additional 200 calories).

This was my dinner (I need to consider menu to look photogenic. ahaha).

I added natto (fermented soy beans).

With these simple food, my total calory for a day is still over about 400 calories.

Hummm I’m taking few days off to go to Disney Tokyo from tommorrow.

I’m going to stay there to enjoy food, too…

I’ll be more careful on ordinary days so that I can enjoy special occasion like tomorrow.

Auto Inspection

In Japan, we need to send our car to mandatory auto inspection three years after purchase then every two years.

I send my car for auto inspection to a gas station in neighbor.

Recently, I received a sticker for being a royal member for JAF (Japan Automobile Federation), Japanese version of AAA.

Natural Cleaner: Baking Soda and Vinegar

I have sensitive skin; therefore, if I use chlorine based cleaner, my skin will turn red and look ugly sometimes.

Yes, it would be much faster to clean with chlorine based clearner; but I clean with baking soda and vinegar to protect my skin.

The ratio is baking soda (2) and vinegar (1).

After mixing them, the chemical reaction will start: carbonation.

This carbonation will remove spots.

Surprisingly, it’s quite powerful.

I’m back!

I was super busy with work because I’m in charge for three projects.

I didn’t have time to eat lunch and was too tired to eat at night.

I lost almost 4 kg in 9 days.

It’s not healthy to lose in such way, but I feel good about my body.

Today, as the market survey, we went to Akihabara.

I think Akihabara has changed.

New building opened.

We can rent cubical space to sell whatever can be hit in.

Otaku town!

Power of Music

I realize how powerful music can be.

It can pump me and it can calm me.

Music plays an important role these days.

I’m glad that I became an Amazon Premium  Member so that I can have an unlimited access to music and I can even select a play list based on my needs.

Sunday Before a Storm

First, I went to send my laundry to Laundry Shop Pony.

Then, stopped by Don Quijote (we call it Donki for short) to buy household goods such as detergents, pocket tissue, etc. and boosters: (emergency) Mon Cafe drip coffee, Clorets (gums) and Manan Life Konnyaku (konjak) Grape and Peach Jelly.

I also stopped by at Book 1st, newly opened book store at Roppongi.

It’s very comfortable staying there so I read Scuba Diving Guide and Self Enlightmenr Book: Tado-Ryoku (Multi Task Power).

My short stay at a book store refresh me♪

Saturday Before a Storm

I went to hair salon this morning because I won’t have any weekend or even a day off in September.

I miss Roku-chan, a cute mascot of this hair salon.

The weather is nice and I finished early.

Now it’s cooler in the morning and evening.

I decided to walk under soft sunshine.

Shops are yet to open at Roppongi Hills.

I enjoy window shopping while I see staffs are busily getting ready to open a shop

I stopped by at my favorite supermarket, Meidi-Ya,  to stock up my food for a week.

The other day, I introduced Super Food Granola.

This time, I bought Dorset Cereals (Cranberry, Cherry & Almond) as my emergency food.

I’ll eat this when I’m tired to cook food. hahaha

In the afternoon, I took a nap.

I feel lazy to do anything today.

This Week

It’s Friday and I should be parting; but, I left office 11:15 pm tonight.

This is my booster during the day.

I brew Peet’s Coffee and bring it to the office.

This is what keeps me going after 5 when I’m alone in the office: Amazon Music.

And this is my night cap: Nagano Beer – OH LA HO BEER CAPTAIN CROW

I’ve been spending my days simple these days…

Weekday Night

I didn’t upload for few days; I was simply busy with work.

After busy days, I went for a quick bite and went to bed early.

On Thursday night, I went to my regular Sushi Restaurant, Sushiya no Goto.

On Friday night, I went to a new restaurant, Niku no Rakuem (Meat Paradise) at Roppongi Yokocho.

At First/Ground Floor of ROI Buildig, Roppongi, about twenty restaurants operates.

Is this a typical Asian style restaurant corridor for you?

The most recommended restaurant there is Niku no Rakuen (Meat Paradise).

If you are a meat lover, it’s casual and delicious.

Takuhai (Delivery) Box

I’m keeping my hair long.

However, my hair is thin so it’s easy to get waves when it’s moist.

The other day, I tried this KERASTASE Hair Oil for Colour-Treated Hair at a beauty salon; it’s heavier than other KERASTASE series, but lighter than Moroccan Oil.

I asked for one, but it was out of stock.

My beauty salon is just one block away so I asked them to deliver when a product arrive.

I received a product in Takihai Box (Delivery Box).

There are few delivery boxes at my apartment to leave a delivery box if a receiver is out.

A delivery person will leave a note to inform number of box and its combination to open a door

I usually come back home in the evening, so this Takihai Box plays a great role for me.
