Day 3 in Langkawi

The place is so peaceful.

I’m so lucky that I woke up and this is what I see from my room.

We went to Payar Island to dive.

This is the beach house.

This is the platform; it took one hour to reach Payar Island by a ferry.

The beach house

I dived at the Coral Garden and Platform Reef.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a waterproof camera to share any photo; I will consider purchasing it.

It’s totally different world…

On that night, we went to Chinese style seafood restaurant Orchid Ria.

Food is delicious and reasonable.

Whatever you order, it’s just nice.

Desserts are also nice: fresh fruit and Khalua ice cream.

This is worth going! Orchid Ria!

This restaurant is highly recommended to go!!

Golf at J Tsurugashima Golf Country Club

I am a lucky person enabling to play golf three consecutive week.

Of course, I am not happy with my game coz I misshoot how many strokes?

Yes, I do think over and over “what if…?” theory, but it’s too late.

But I’m still thankful that I could spend a wonderful day at J Tsurugasaki Country Club today.

It’s a nice challenging course.

By the way, J Tsurugashima serves delicious lunch.

I had Oyakodon (family rice bowl – chicken and egg rice bowl) and it’s nice!

I highly recommend Oyakodon!

For dinner, we went to our favorite tempura shop, Mikaku Roppongi.

Good exercise, good food…now I need good sleep!

Good night!

Golf at Ichihara Golf Club Kakinokidai Course

Today, I participated in the corporate golf tournament.

Honestly, I didn’t play well…but I did few things right.

I won the Longest Driver!

I received many winner prizes and participation goods: a cup noodle, bird’s nest, Carotino red palm fruit cooking oil, Life Chili Sauce, Soy Joy energy bar, banana, (Avian bottle – I drunk it during the game), golf balls (Titleist and Callaway), tees, Golf Digest towel, Mercedes Benz Goldman shoes case, red golf bag, Tokyo Sky Bus sightseeing tickets for two and Kinokuniya Book Store gift card!

And this is my first trophy of life. Yeahhhh

Last Sunday

I played golf at Hakone Kurakake Golf Course.

As you can see in the photo, we can admire Mr. Fuji while playing golf.

It’s awsime!

It was a nice day to play, but I fumbled at the last hole.

I felt miserable after the game.

Yes, it’s not easy…I deeply reflected on my game.

I need to be mentally strong!

Next game or next Sunday, I will improve my game!

YES!

One Sunday

I wanted to play golf today, but it rained heavily.

We decided to practice at a driving range.

It was a good practice, but I miss playing golf; I played my last game in December 2015…2015…

Yes, it was unfortunate that it rained heavily….

For dinner, cooked Kamonabe (duck pot).

It was delicious with variety of vegetables: shiitake mushroom, bunashimeji mushroom, enoki mushroom, hakusai (Chinese cabege), mizuna (potherb mustard), and negi (green onion).

After enjoying duck and vegetables, we cooked  zosui (porridge) with this delicious stock by adding egg and rice.

I was recommended to enjoy it with umeboshi (sour plum) and surprisingly, it’s goooood.

I enjoyed my dinner with Kirin’s seasonal beers.

I’m not a beer expert, but this is how enjoyed… Akiaji (ale, right) and Izayoinotsuki (pilsunar, left).

Both of them are nice in each way; I would recommend you to try them.

Autumn is harvest time; I’m glad to be Japanese to enjoy seasonal food and drink♪

What shall I do?

Gym removed Hulu.  Boo boo.

I still have 4 more episodes to complete the Suites Season 4.

Today, TV is broken for a machine (the image was frozen)that was available; I finished reading a magazine before my one hour session ended.

WiFi is not available.

What shall do there?

What a Monday!

Tokyo was hit by Typhoon 9.

It brought much rain and caused floods, land slides, black out, etc.

I am lucky that I’m not affected by this typhoon.

Well, typhoon is a good excuse to leave office early tonight.

I decided to bully my trainer by going to gym.

Poor him, others cancelled a session because trains might get suspended.

Well, at last, I showed up as promised. hehehe

After exercise, I cooked my lazy dinner.

Baby leaves, lettuce, white radish, green onion, boiled pork with ponzu sauce (citrus flavored soy sauce).

This dish is simple, but very refreshing.

And Rio Olympics ended.

Next is our turn, Tokyo Olympics 2020!
