Buying Two New Pair of Black Shoes at ASICS WALKING at EXIT MELSA 3F., Ginza, Tokyo

I posted how I love ASICS WALKNG shoes before because its shoe sole is so soft and it has nice cushions to protect my knees.

I cannot wear other than ASICS WALKING shoes now.

It’s so comfortable!

Mom likes it, too.

I wore a black pair on Sunday.

Mom tried my shoes and she likes it very much because it fits her nicely.

She asked me to leave the pair for her.

Logically, it’s possible because we are biologically same: mother and daughter.

Tonight, I went to a new location of Ginza Store:  EXIT MELSA 3rd Floor, Ginza, Tokyo, to buy a pair of black shoes.

I requested to measure my both feet to place cushions according to shape of my foot.

Instead of one, I bought two pairs. hahaha

Natural Cleaner: Baking Soda and Vinegar

I have sensitive skin; therefore, if I use chlorine based cleaner, my skin will turn red and look ugly sometimes.

Yes, it would be much faster to clean with chlorine based clearner; but I clean with baking soda and vinegar to protect my skin.

The ratio is baking soda (2) and vinegar (1).

After mixing them, the chemical reaction will start: carbonation.

This carbonation will remove spots.

Surprisingly, it’s quite powerful.

Supplement Warning

The supplement supposed to help me burning fat; however, my body was too tired and the supplement stimulated the wrong nerves: sympathetic nerves.

On the other hand, my body was too tired; therefore, my body reacted to activate parasympathetic nerves, making my body unbalanced.

I was fine despite busy schedule till yesterday, but I couldn’t take it whatsoever today.

I felt too tired and emotional.

I sympathize people around me today.

I’m thankful to my physical therapist who unwind my body and solve the mystery what’s happening to my body by explaining to me.

He is knowledgeable.

If you want to take a supplement with capsaicin, you need to be physicaly strong.

In my case, I stop taking supplements and try to watch what I eat.

Business Trip to Nagoya (Digest)

I wanted to upload every night; but I couldn’t…simply because I was tired.

My counterpart and also a friend joined this mission so we worked hard and enjoyed hard in Nagoya.

We continued our night chatting in my room till late because we miss each other.

She is an efficient officer and became friend  since last October.

Since then, she came in May this year and September.

We had few projects working together.

Nagoya Kanko Hotel is a nice hotel.

Breakfast menu is the same; but I didnt mind getting the same thing because food quality is good.

Attended workshops, seminars, business meetings and networking.

I’m with friends so it was fun to attend all programme together.

As a part of programmes, I visited factories.

Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take any photos there; therefore, I cannot share anything with you, but I could say two factories are well advancedand, sophisticated and automated.

They are Toyota (automobile: Prius) and Hoden Seimitsu Kako Kenkyujo (HSK: aerospace engine parts).

I could take photos at Toyota Museum only.

Newly launched car: Hilux

Racing cars

And a robot to play music.

We also maximized our time after the programme.

Celebrating friend’s Birthday together.

Went out for dinner.

Nagoya local delicacy: Hitsumabushi.

We can eat eel in three different ways: 1. Eat as it is, 2. Add condiments such as Negi (Japanese leeks) and wasabi, 3. Add soup and seaweed to 2.

Grilled Seafood

Even Indian Food

Shopping at Donki (Don Quijote) @ Sakai, Nagoya.

And Japanese traditional shopping arcades: Oosu, Nagoya.

On Saturday, before we returned for Tokyo, I played golf at Golf 5 Yokkaichi Golf Course @ Yokkaichi, Mie.

The course is located one hour away from Nagoya and the play fee is reasonable for weekends: about JPY 13,000 inclusive breakfast and lunch.

This was planed during my stay; therefore, I had to buy golf shoes, glove and balls.

We can overlook Yokkaichi City from the club house.

It was a day to play a game.

It’s been hectic two weeks, working without break – not even weekends; but I enjoyed it.

I strongly believe that I could complete these projects because my friends and also colleagues from overseas helped me greatly, including moral support.

Today, I’ve been lazy.

I miss my bed and stayed till the appointment time for hair salon.

I got massage for head and shoulders which I needed at this moment.

Having Fun in Few Ways

The tough part of work is done; I’m glad to know that many participants approached their targets.

The event is opened to public today and tomorrow.

I walked around the venue.

She is an Android at the Play Station area.

She is so real!

Cosplaying

Is this a cosplay as well…?

Must be difficult to walk in this costume.

I went to a different hall (Hall 8) to view Konami’s e-Sports event: Winning Eleven (football game).

Wahhhh it’s so real!!!

After 5 o’ o’clock, I became a party person.

I went to Two Rooms in Omotesando, Tokyo.

This place is a nice place to hang out.

There are many people hanging out despite Saturday night and nice view, overlooking Shinjuku’s skyline.

I couldn’t take a photo of the place, but this is THE Place that I should visit again.

Good night!

I’m back!

I was super busy with work because I’m in charge for three projects.

I didn’t have time to eat lunch and was too tired to eat at night.

I lost almost 4 kg in 9 days.

It’s not healthy to lose in such way, but I feel good about my body.

Today, as the market survey, we went to Akihabara.

I think Akihabara has changed.

New building opened.

We can rent cubical space to sell whatever can be hit in.

Otaku town!

Saturday Before a Storm

I went to hair salon this morning because I won’t have any weekend or even a day off in September.

I miss Roku-chan, a cute mascot of this hair salon.

The weather is nice and I finished early.

Now it’s cooler in the morning and evening.

I decided to walk under soft sunshine.

Shops are yet to open at Roppongi Hills.

I enjoy window shopping while I see staffs are busily getting ready to open a shop

I stopped by at my favorite supermarket, Meidi-Ya,  to stock up my food for a week.

The other day, I introduced Super Food Granola.

This time, I bought Dorset Cereals (Cranberry, Cherry & Almond) as my emergency food.

I’ll eat this when I’m tired to cook food. hahaha

In the afternoon, I took a nap.

I feel lazy to do anything today.

Super Foods Granola

Last week, I got influenced by an energetic lady who is Doctor to eat granola.

She has been a doctor and busy looking after patients.

She didn’t have time to eat in right way; therefore, she became obesity.

One day, she thought of herself and decided to develop food that can benefit everybody.

She developed her formula of Super Foods Granola and lost 19 kg in 5 months.

I cannot find her products in Japan yet, but found the similar product at the shelf of Seijo Ishi Supermarket: Super Foods Granola.

There are six super foods with granola.

Super Foods are: Oats for fibre, golden berries for healthy fruit, coconuts for fibre, almonds for anti-aging, honey for beauty and cocoa nibs for anti-oxidant.

I will try to replace some food with granola and let see whether I can get the same effect as she does.

Sunday @ Roppongi, Tokyo

Today, my friends from Malaysia visited me in Roppongi, Tokyo.

I took them to Toraya Cafe, Tokyo Midtown, Roppongi, Tokyo.

I also wanted to try Toraya’s shave ice.

I heard about it, but haven’t tried because I always see a long queue for the restaurant.

This time, I stayed on the queue.

I tried Uji Mizore (greentea shave ice with white sweet azuki beans).

I added three shiratama (rice-flour balls).

So delicious!

There is a big electric panel for entertainment.

There is an event collaborating with the electric board and 300 fireworks; but we didn’t have time to wait for it for another hour.

We missed the fireworks.

We also stopped by to catch Doraemons at Roppongi Hills.

There are many Doraemons!

My friend is so sweet.

She carried bath salts what my other friend asked her to bring them for me.

These are heavy…

It’s so sweet of my friend to thought of me because she knows I take bath every night.

And another friend who brought all the way from Malaysia and carried for a day till she she sees me today.

No joke, these are heavy!

I’m happy to have thoughful friends!

Yes, I soaked in the bath and feel refreshing!
