Is Diving Addicted…?

I hope I’m not boring you…
Today, I received a turtle shaped dive stick and a book: Fish Watching 500.

When I started diving, I never thought I would want to learn name of fish and marine creatures that I see under the water.

hahaha

By the way, I usually buy diving goods at Aqros Shibuya Store.

Staffs are kind and always give good recommendations.

I also seek an advice on diving spots.

Attended the Seminar @ Tokyo Dome Hotel, Korakuen, Tokyo

This hotel is named Tokyo Dome Hotel because it stands in front of Tokyo Dome which is the home for Tokyo Giants Baseball team.

I’ve been here to watch baseball games and come for music concerts such as Mariah Carey, Rolling Stones, etc.

(Now I enjoy arts in overseas because there is a designated theatre for a play or music to appreciate it in the best condition, instead of temporary stage.)

There is a theme park and spa, La Qua as well.

There are also roller skate rink (it will turn into an ice skate rink during the Winter) and bowling alley.

In a way, it’s a dream land…?

Foodie Report: Gathering @ Restaurant Kern, Toranomon, Tokyo

Seven of us get together to enjoy Japanese style western food and drinks.

Of course, we chat on many issues: trips, hobbies, self improvement, politics, memories, etc.

A group of us get together at every season (quarter).

I look forward for this gathering because we are all from different companies, industries and age group; interesting.

And we all love to enjoy good food and drinks!

A party set, 7 dishes and all you can drink for 2 hours, is JPY 5,200.

This restaurant opened in 1962.

If you want to try Japanese style western food; this is the place.

A Decent Lunch

I went out to have a decent lunch, Chinese @ Hagoromo, Ginza, Tokyo today.

Rice (carbohydrates) was delicious; I didn’t weight it, but I guessed about 200g.

Later I checked the calories for rice; it’s 330 calories. Ahhhhhhh

I sought an advice from my physician and was told I should enjoy salad for dinner…

I’m also encouraged to exercise more. Another ahhhhhhhh

When I returned home, I received a package – aibow touch pen.

Hummmm, I can write on my iPhone and iPad, but not as I dreamed.

My palm is on the way.

On the web, someone advised to wear a glove.

It won’t look nice…. sight

Wine Shop…s

My friend introduced me a nice wine shop: Cave de Re-Lax at Shimbashi/Toranomon,Tokyo.

He also introduced me a nice Chilean fullbody Cabernet Sauvignon red wine: Echeverria.

I will open it when I have a company.

Coincidentally, another wine shop, Pieroth Japan, called me to invite me to their wine tastings in Shinagawa, Tokyo.

I love wines, but I don’t have a wine cellar; I’m afraid this heat will spoil wines.

Do I want a cellar…?

Do I want to keep many wines…?

This thought is dangerous…hummmm

Natural Sauna

It’s been very hot in Tokyo.
By calenday, it’s supposed to be rainy season; but it’ve been dry: High 31C/Low 25C.

Even at midnight, it’s still 27C.

I’ve been sweating when I walk on the street.

I feel like I’ve been in sauna, natural sauna.

After soaking in a tub, I scrubbed dead skins using this Korean Mitten.

The performance was good; my skin must have been soft by the natural sauna.

I feel my skin is softer now after peeling dead skins off!!

Dinner @ Pran Pone, Ekoda

I took Seibu Ikebukuro Line to go to Ekoda Station.

I was on Ginga Tetsudo 999 (Galaxy Train 999) wrapped train!

For others, it is a normal commuter train; but for me, it is special.

I was the only person taking photo of a train from the platform. hahaha

I had a nice Healthy Italian @ Pran Pone, Ekoda.

Happy Saturday

I started my Saturday by going to hair salon.

After beautifying, went for lunch at my favorite Tenpura shop, Mikaku @ Roppongi.

Ummmm delicious!

It is a Hoozuki Ichi (Chinese Lantern Plant Market) day at Asahi Shrine.

Hoozuki protect us from bad lucks.

So beautiful.

I didn’t buy it but I got blessed by looking at them and praying at the Shrine.

I got these cute shoes as sourvenirs from Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), Vietnam.

Soles are also cute!

Thank you!

I had Ichiran Ramen for dinner.

There are many foreigners at Ichiran tonight.

Ichiran opened a branch in Taiwan recently and there was a news that many people queue in line.

I like their noodle.

Their ordering system is unique.

If you are interested, please check my old post for how to order at Ichiran.
