Scale for FiNC

I bought a scale designed for FiNC at FiNC Mall.

This scale would be connected to FiNC app via Bluetooth to record more than ten (10) elements such as weight, BMI, fat, body age, etc.

It saves me from typing manually and I can obtain more information about my body.

Choco, it’s not for you. hahaha

Tokyo Midtown Roppongi Loves Summer 2019 (Suntory)

Suntory is sponsoring events at Tokyo Midtown Roppongi under the theme of Loves Summer.

My niece and I enjoyed cooling down at the stream.

The roof changes in various colours such as blue, green, pink, white, etc.

Choco waited for us patiently. Good Boy!

The park turns into a nice Japanese Style Opened Air Restaurant: Roku Midpark Lounge.

We can purchase drinks and food to dine here.

Soon I will try their Japanese craft gin – Roku.

There is a light and mist digital art show at the garden of the Tokyo Midtown Roppongi.

I watched it with Choco and Choco seems to enjoy it, too. hahaha

Our evening walk would be fun.

Tokyo Midtown Summer Loves 2019 (Stamp Rally)

My niece came over to spend long weekend with me.

We participated few programmes at Tokyo Midtown Roppongi under the theme of Tokyo Midtown Summer Loves 2019.

We visited an exhibition introducing beauty of creature and arts with these beauty at 21_21 Design Sight.

We found a stamp rally table so we decided to participate in collecting six stamps of insects to gat a glittering sticker sheet at Tokyo Midtown Roppongi.

We visited six places to collect six stamps.

Unfortunately, a sticker sheet is for children only and I couldn’t get one.

My niece happily put them on her favorite Precure (the Pretty Cure).

Learning Sustainable Value Chain (8 – 10 July 2019)

I attended the forum to learn about Sustainable Value Chain.

It was educational and programme was interesting.

I learned about value chain from different perspectives: scholar, buyer/eCommerce platform operator and retailer.

As part of the programme, I visited Nissan’s Yokohama Plant: the founded place and the first plant.

I also visited Ota City Industrial Plaza.

The city provides industrial apartment for SMEs and entrepreneurs.

I enjoyed various food during the three day programme.

The memorable one was all Tofu lunch at Umenohana, Kamata, Tokyo.

Water for Coffee

I usually keep three types of water: soft water (Japanese mineral water), hard water (Contrex) and Sparkling water (Perrier).

I use different type of water for different purpose.

Soft water for hot drinks such as tea and coffee.

Hard water for simply drinking WATER.

Sparkling water for when I want to drink sparkling by replacing Soda and beer.

The other day, I was out of soft water when I wanted to have a cup of brewed coffee.

I brewed coffee with hard water and it tasted different from soft water: stronger and more bitter.

I used the same coffee powder and now I learned I can enjoy two different taste by using different type of water.

FiNC

I tried this diet and fitness app for two weeks.

I record weight, food/calories, steps and sleeping hours.

I can obtain information on exercise, food, life style, products, supplements, events, etc.

AI checks on me when I forget to record.

AI suggests based on my record and pattern.

I’m having conversation with AI.

This app provides me points by doing something good for health and wellness and I like to collect points.

Today, I registered and became a member.

This app is not free; but Let’s do it!

Long Day

I woke up at 5 am to send off my boss family at Imperial Hotel Tokyo at 6:30 – 7 am.

I did not have any tears when I saw him. He is just transferred to Hq. It is obvious that we’ll still be in touch to follow up projects.

Meantime, Sayonara and thank you for being a boss.

I celebrated my friend’s birthday.

I cooked lunch and other friend brought a birthday cake from 365 nichi (365 Days).

It was fun talking over food, cake and red sparkling wine.

Happy birthday My friend!

Farewell and Welcoming Dinner for Bosses

It is handing over period; therefore, currently. I have two bosses.

I had a dinner with current and new bosses at Ostrea Ouster Bar and Restaurant Ginza Corridor Street Store.

Farewell to my boss who took leadership for 4 years.

I don’t have any sad feeling because there is high possibility that we’ll communicate and even work together in near future.

And welcoming new boss; I look forward working with you.
