What shall I do?

Gym removed Hulu.  Boo boo.

I still have 4 more episodes to complete the Suites Season 4.

Today, TV is broken for a machine (the image was frozen)that was available; I finished reading a magazine before my one hour session ended.

WiFi is not available.

What shall do there?

Healthy Saturday

It rained heavily in the morning; and a weather alert was announced from a speaker.

However, rain stopped when I finished my brunch (roti canai, peach, banana and pineapple & mango juice).

After my brunch, I went to my monthly magma spa @ Marunoichi Bricks Square.

The weather was okay then.

The weather is crazy in Tokyo nowadays.

Magma Spa and Chicken Salad

It’s time to renew my membership for gym.

I try to go to gym regularly on Monday to a nearest gym from my apartment.

I’ve been signing up for the premium status so that I can get one free magma spa (or commonly called a stone spa) session for 80 mins every month.

I was so surprised when I found out the last time I went for a magma spa was in last July.

It’s been a year since I went last time!!!

I felt ashamed because a staff gave me a towel for being a loyal customer…

I should include a monthly magma spa session as one of my routine!

I sweat, sweat and sweat and feel good.

I was just lying there, but I feel so tired and sleepy now… Why?

At home, I ate a huge plate of salad with sesame seed dressing.

I made a salad with vegetables, smoked salmon and steamed chicken.

This steamed chicken, called salad chicken, is innovated by convenience stores.

It’s very popular among Japanese now.

It’s healthy, low calories, delicious and cheap – it’s sold at any convinience stores.

I don’t need to cook; it’s ready to eat.

I bought alpensalz flavor this time and this product is available in many brands such as the Seven-Eleven and flavors such as herbs.

This product provides good protein, yet low calories, for people on diet.

I should consider replacing my meals with this. Hummm

Dentist

I’m disappointed.

I thought today would be my last visit to the dentist.

I’ve been visiting my dentist for many times already.

I started visiting my dentist because my filling/cover for a cavity came out.

I needed to visit for each steps: cleaned it and put the temporary filling; treated it, took a mold and put the temporary filling; placed the filling/cover and checked the condition of the new filling/cover (a total of four times).

When I came back for checking on filling/cover after installment, he told me I have a cavity.

I went back for cleaning, treating & taking a mold and installing my filling/cover for my cavity for a different tooth (a total of three visits).

After he finished installing a filling/cover for my cavity today, he told me I need to start treating a root that causing inflammation to my gum.

He needs to take out my filling/cover and check the root next time.

I asked about a bump on my gum when he started the cavity treatment and he explained to me about the cause, inflammation.

If he knew he needs to treat it, why can’t he just treat it together with other teeth?

I need to go back again for each steps again. Sigh.

I asked my dentist, what else do I need to treat?

He told me I would be fine after treating my root.

I don’t mind to pay fee for double, eventually I’ll pay for the whole treatment.

But I do mind that I need to go back many times to complete the treatment.

Because train ride consumes more time than treatment time!! Boo hoo.

TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan)

61

Taking a breakfast is important to start a day; however, I’m usually busy getting ready for work.

So this is my regular breakfast: TKG (tamago kake gohan).

This is a simple dish, a raw egg over rice. (I eat with brown rice.)

The preparation is simple, but there are many fans.

There are branded eggs and specialized eggs for TKG.

There is a specialized soya sauces for TKG as well.

These days I use Konbu soya sauce (seaweed soya sauce).

It’s very nice,

It’s not salty; it has nice umami flavor (5th taste).

These days I like to add Suguki (one of three major Kyoto pickles) as topping.

It is delicious♪

Today’s Breakfast: Amazake

I woke up feeling my stomach still full from my Miyazaki trip, so I decided to take Amazake for breakfast.

Amazake is a Japanese traditional non-alcohol beverage made from fermented rice.

The production of Amazake is very similar to Sake because it also requires to use koji and the koji mold.

Amazake is believed to be very nutritious.

It contains Vitamin B1, B2, B6, Folic Acid, Dietary fiber,Oligosaccharide, Cysteine, Arginine and Glutamine.

It’s definitely good to start your day with!

Fiction…? No, Non-Fiction!

I couldn’t believe what’s happening at the Haneda Airport.

First, we were greeted by Pepper, a robot.

37

Then, we checked-in our luggage, but we need to do all ourselves by following instructions on the monitor!

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

I cannot believe this is not a movie, and happening in reality.

I could’t find a counter with a lady!

Or is it common in abroad???

I thought I am a modern person, but I guess I am not modern enough, outdated….

I departed rainy Haneda Airport in shock.

I arrived Miyazaki and checked-in to a nice room with nice view at Miyazaki Kanko Hotel.

I’ll absolutely enjoy spending most of my time in this room.

Yukata (Japanese styled pajama) is usually provided by hotels and inns in Japan.

We are allowed to walk public areas such as public hot spring bath in Yukata.

Fortunately, this hotel is equipped with a natural hot spring bath.

I enjoyed looking at the half-moon while dipping in an open-air bath♪

Packing, packing, packing

I will accompany my boss to attend a meeting in Miyazaki tomorrow.

34

It would be my first trip to Miyazaki and I look forward to it, especially the excursion session♪

Now I’m packing for two nights and three days trip.

I have complex skin: sensitive, oily and hives.

I need to bring these Curel make-up cleansing gel and forming wash.

Curel series are for sensitive skin and it has proven with my skin. (^_^)

35

I usually bring Babu carbonated bath tablet, too.

You put this tablet when you are about to enter a bathtub.

The carbonated bubble will wrap your body to relax.

This carbonated bath tablet is innovated by Japanese company, Kao Corporation, so I could say this is Japanese way of taking a bath!

I just notice, Curel is also produced by Kao Corporation.

I didn’t know that I’m a Kao girl. hahaha

Natural Alkali Ions Water: Onsensui 99

25

It is hot thesedays; therefore, it’s very refreshing to drink a glass of lemon water.

I opened a bottle of Natural Alkali Ions Water: Onsensui 99 (Spring Water 99) last night.

As it named, the origin of this natural spring water is Taumi Onsen (Tarumi Hot Spring), Kagoshima.

Tarumi Hot Spring is located at the foot of Sakurajima – an active volcano mountain.

Natural spring water is rich in mineral; for this water, pH level is high 9.5-9.9.

I don’t understand what it means or a kind of effects it might bring to us; however, I can tell that my today’s toilet business went very smooth.

In Japan, we can enjoy natural spring water from many origins such as Mt. Fuji, Japan Alps, etc.

I should appreciate what I can enjoy here.

Today, I went to the manipulative.

I can hit my bed now….Oyasuminasai (Good Night).
